The greatest exponent of sevens rugby, said the Fijian playmaker has the skills, vision and is destined to become a legend and a Hall of Fame in his own right.

"Jerry Tuwai has come of age, he's an amazing player who has achieved so much in the sport that other players only dream about", he said.

"Tuwai is way better than what I was in my prime.

"He is strong, he does all the right things and he doesn't get his height to come in the way of his success".

Serevi who is now the HSBC ambassador, said Tuwai has been amazing on the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series and has also adapted well in his new role as the captain of the team, a huge responsibility that he was bestowed following the departure of former captain Osea Kolinisau to USA.

"A good leader who leads by example. Very good offensively and defensively. I can't say enough about the guy".

Serevi also said that for Commonwealth Games and Rugby World Cup Fiji must top up the team with the best players.

"We need include the best as every team will do the very same.

"Following Fiji's Olympic gold medal win all the teams seem to have Fiji's number".

Serevi said the Vancouver win has set a good platform for next tournament, the Hong Kong Sevens.

"The team has the right attitude and the players who could win it all in Hong Kong", he said.
