Sailesh Kumar backs Ivors for FFA dismissal.Sailesh Kumar backs Ivors for FFA dismissal.Sailesh Kumar has backed soccer great Ivor Evans for an immediate dismissal of the Fiji Football Association board.

The former double district, Labasa and Nasinu and national team defender says the U17's pathetic performance during Oceania U17 World Cup play-offs points to the urgent need for a change in the leadership, added Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama's intervention would be timely.

Speaking to Sportsone from Sacremento, USA, Kumar said he can't agree more with soccer great Ivor Evans views.

"I totally support Ivor as we former players and the fans alike have no faith in the leadership of Rajesh Patel and his slacker board," said Kumar.

The 1990 Inter District Champioship winner with Nasinu said FFA is all about fake delivery.

"Patel is full of it when it comes to delivery. His promises are murky on the development and progress and I don't see Fiji soccer ever improving with what's on the offer".

"The very people who run the FFA have no clue at the direction the sport is headed", said Kumar.

Hesaid FFA board is made up of clowns who think they knowit all but the factremains they don't know what time of the day it is.

"FFA is totally misrepresenting the sport".

Patel who was former president Dr. ShamshuDean Sahu Khan's biggest fan turnedfoefollowing his abruptdemise and Kumar said the FFA head honcho has the hallmark of a failed leader.

"If Patel is not shown the door then he will craft a career out of his leadership just as his predassor.

"Patel has shown what he is made off.

"He manipulatied the electoral system to his advantage," Kumar said.

He added the whole FFA constitution is flawed

"The changes are designed to avert prospective candidates from taking a run at the top office. How fair is that on the fans and the sport itself and the very people who have what it takes to lead the FFA".
