Combine FC president Amjad SahibCombine FC president Amjad SahibCombine FC president Amjad Sahib is among a host of former old hands who have severed all ties with the club and have formed a breakaway body.

Sahib in an exclusive Sportsone interview said the creation of the Real Combine FC was inevitable.

He said a huge shift in attitude by a few so called owners of the team have left the new group with no options but to part separate ways.

“We, the pioneers got together to form a club that is inclusive”, said Sahib, who has been a loyal servant of the club since 1976.

“We need to be part of a club that is open, transparent and where discussion is valuable for building a team environment.

“There isn't an organization that doesn't have inner conflict.

"Combine FC was no exception but when opinion doesn't matter on the table it is time to bid farewell and farewell it was''.

Sahib, who has been involved with the club for 38 years, said his unerring and faithful service along with some of the club’s top executives in tow was not appreciated.

He said the support and the blessing of a band of former players and executives on the new board have them form a formidable side for the 2015 league season.

“We have a great team”, said Sahib.

“We have appointed Riaz Ali as our coach and Abdul Rahiman ‘Dadu’ will manage the team”.
