Canada in Pool B for Pacific Cup Canada in Pool B for Pacific Cup Canada All-Stars soccer team has been seeded in the pool of death for the Pacific Cup in Auckland, New Zealand.

The debutants will fare up against reigning champions New Zealand All- Stars, Australia's Queensland Fiji All-Stars and premier Fijian sidesí, Nadi and Suva in Pool B.

The Canadian side that had its first run last week has its work cut out as they've less than two months to prepare the team for the high energy churning tournament that will be played at Bill McKinley Park from 18th-22th November.

The teamsí biggest test will come from 2015 Rewa Galaxy Premier League champions Nadi, the back to back (2012-2013) Pacific Cup winners. Suva is another fierce competitor that stands on the lesser-weights way.

Both Suva and Nadi will be coming into Pacific Cup after the backdrop of 2015 IDC.

Canada All- Stars will have to find quality import players to face the toughest most talented teams and avoid getting obliterated by football heavyweights.

An insider to Sportsone has admitted that talks have already begun to include top import players from around Premier Leaguesí in Vancouver and Fiji for the Pacific Cup 2015 campaign.

Fiji and Ba team defender, Alvin Singh, who is in Canada and played for Calgary Tavua in the NAFSA tournament last month, has already been approached by Canada head honchos.

Alvin, who returns to Fiji on Sunday to prepare for the IDC has confirmed to this website that he will stay put with Ba.

"I rule myself out," he said . "I will play IDC for Ba and that will not allow me to play for Canadian All Stars".

Pool A: New Zealand Auckland Stars, AFFA All Stars, Rewa Fiji, Lautoka Fiji and United States All Stars.

Pool B: New Zealand All Stars, QAAF All Stars, Suva Fiji, Nadi Fiji and Canadian All Stars.
