FANCA Team CanadaFANCA Team CanadaA former British Columbia Muslim Sports Association executive says the members of team Canada who criticized the fans and media misrepresented the association.

 

Speaking under the condition of anonymity, he said the identified members brought disrepute to BCMSA and they must be held accountable for their actions.

 

"Utterance made by the identified are in total contradiction to the intentions and policy of BCMSA and as a responsible and reputable association the participants must be dealt with".

He said the people who have made the unscrupulous statements have certainly misrepresented the BCMSA.

"No one is bigger than the BCMSA", he said.

"No one has the right to ridicule another, let alone live on social media, Facebook".

The former executive says necessary actions would only thwart people from crossing the line in the future.

"The actions were unacceptable.

"Heads must roll to stop this sort of behavior from happening in the future".

Sportsone spokesman said Coach Mohammed Janif led identified few blatantly singled out Sportsone and fans during the lengthy rant and the actions were vitriolic.

He said the anger fueled comments were inflammatory and the BCMSA is duty bound to take some form of action on the individuals who have gone  against the tide of public opinion following their triumphant FANCA championship win.

Head about it all, here is my two cents of advice to S1 first. You got called out and with everything is on video if the people don't apologise then seek legal advise include the governing body in the suit. 2nd, the fans should not ever support the team with nothing including fundraisers ..Done! some people will never learn to shut their mouths..The law would !!
