Auvray looks at long-term growth over results

BULA FC head coach Stéphane Auvray insists results are not his primary concern at this stage, with his focus firmly fixed on building a team for the future.

“The team has shown resilience. We are putting a structure together and building a culture of healthy competition,” said Auvray.

The team created key moments in their recent outing against South Melbourne FC, but the match once again underlined the side’s ongoing struggles in the final third.

“I’m looking at consistency more than anything else,” Auvray added.

While Bula FC has yet to establish a winning formula, the presence of promising young talent offers hope.

With detailed tactical and technical development, the side could spring major surprises in the future.

As Auvray continues to rotate players in search of a formidable combination, maintaining strong team chemistry remains crucial, particularly as the competition intensifies.

For now, patience appears to be the guiding principle, as Bula FC lay the foundations for long-term success rather than chasing short-term results.
