FIJI United won the Western Canada’s premiere football tournament, the Dulari Cup in Calgary on Sunday.
Fiji United beat Sabeto 3-2 in the all Vancouver final at the Renfrew Athletic Park.
The football extravaganza is organized by Dulari Memorial Sports Club and since the inaugural tournament in 1985, it is held in the first weekend of September.
A lucrative $6000 was at stake at this year’s event, with the winner’s purse being $2000.
Fiji United and Sabeto drew nil all in the pool rounds.
Vancouver Navua Masters won the Masters division with a 2-0 win over Edmonton Rangers.
